PAR: the one rule to understand before you sponsor anyone
The Personal Activity Requirement is small, and it decides whether your network income is on or off. One system sale a quarter keeps it on.
Program details current as of October 4, 2026.
The rule
$180 in commissionable sales of drinking water systems or Bath & Garden products in a rolling three-month window (this month plus the previous two). Replacement filters, accessories and fees don't count. In practice a single system sale, an Aquaperform for example, qualifies you for that month and the next two.
On versus off
| Active (PAR met) | Dormant (PAR missed) | |
|---|---|---|
| System commissions | Your sales + three levels of network | Your sales only |
| Filter commissions | Your customers + up to ten network levels (by rank) | Your customers' reorders only |
| Activity and rollup bonuses | Paid (rank and MALV permitting) | Not paid |
Inactive just means not PAR-qualified. It doesn't cancel anything: your customers stay assigned to you, and you're back to Active, and back to full commissions, the moment you re-qualify.
Who never thinks about it
National Network Directors and Executive National NDs are PAR-qualified annually rather than quarterly.
Why it's actually good for you
PAR is why the three-level and up-to-ten-level payouts exist at all. It ties network income to people who sell the product, which keeps the plan honest and keeps the company's reputation clean. If you only ever want commission on your own sales and your own customers' filters, PAR never touches you.
