The Back Office: Basic is free, Pro is optional

It used to be a 60-day trial that turned into a subscription. Now every Advocate gets Back Office Basic free, and Back Office Pro is an optional paid upgrade for the people running a team.

Back Office Basic (free)

• Your personal sales.
• Multipure's resources: approved images, videos, product information, spec sheets and other documents to share.

Back Office Pro (optional, paid)

Multipure redesigned the Back Office in October 2026. Pro is a 6- or 12-month subscription and includes:

• Dashboard: an at-a-glance view of your business volume and the tools you use most.
• Orders: your customer orders and their status.
• My Team: your team by sponsoring level, with sales volume, activity and Achievement Rank.
• Commissions: detailed commission information, rank progress and payout schedules.
• Creator Corner: create and access content for sharing Multipure with your customers and team.
• Resource Center: downloadable documents, training videos and product photos.

Pro is also what qualifies you for the CASH program; Basic doesn't. Multipure's replicated Advocate website is a separate subscription (free for Founders' Circle members).

How customer information is shown

To protect customer privacy, the Back Office shows each customer's first name, last initial and email address. Physical addresses aren't displayed, and the Back Office doesn't send group emails to customers or your team. Plan your own customer follow-up with that in mind: your coupon link and your content do the work.
